Blanding recorded a portion of her conversation with the driver, as reported by FOX 2, during which she can be heard stating, “I can fit in this car.”
The motorist is heard replying, “Believe me, you can’t.” According to Blanding, she approached the driver and questioned him about his attempt to flee.
At that point, Doe reportedly informed her that he was canceling her trip because she was “too big” to go in his automobile.
The complaint claims that Doe informed Blanding that his “tires were not capable of supporting Plaintiff’s weight” and that she “was too big to fit in the back seat.”
But according to Blanding, there was enough room in the rear seat, and she “did not require a bigger car.” However, Doe apparently refused to back down, saying that he had already dealt.
