After inadvertently turning on Siri, Apple’s digital assistant, iPhone owners have claimed that the company had recorded their private chats and shared them with advertising and other third parties.
Usually, when users speak phrases like “Hey, Siri” or other trigger words, the voice assistant responds.
The software giant was accused of listening in on private chats without customers’ permission and potentially disclosing their data in the case, which was filed five years ago.
