At the last stop of her “Beloved Eras Tour” in Vancouver, Taylor Swift has one more surprise: “End of an Era”

At the last show of her Eras Tour, Taylor Swift had a few extra surprises up her sleeve. On Sunday, December 8, the 34-year-old pop queen performed her last gig of the tour at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada. For Sunday’s surprise song,

Swift gave fortunate fans a three-way mash-up of “Long Live” with “New Year’s Day” and “The Manuscript,” a song by The Tortured Poets Department, in a moving moment.

“First surprise song: tim McGraw, last surprise song: the manuscript, the first and last song of her discography,” as one fan noted on X, was an appropriate way to end the Eras Tour.

Swift also changed the lyrics of “Long Live” from “It was the end of a decade” to “It was the end of an era / But the start of an age” in honor of her lengthy tour.

Swift praised the audience for “participating in the most exciting chapter of my life to date — my beloved Eras Tour”
