A group of lads are being charged after an overnight “prank” went horribly wrong, leaving their buddy seriously hurt.
Three other boys are accused of slathering scolding hot water over the face of a 12-year-old child who was sleeping, causing him to get severe burns.
The guys, who ranged in age from 12 to 15, said it was an unsuccessful prank. They are now being prosecuted for the incident that resulted in their pal requiring surgery.
Following the event in Tifton, Georgia, Tiffany, the victim’s mother, stepped out, stating that her son is “in shock” and has second-degree burns.
