They concluded by saying that they extend their love and support to Monique and the 2023 NFC Pro Bowl participant, and that they stand together in mourning.
In honor of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, 2024, Amani’s father posted a series of touching images and videos of the late child on Instagram months before she passed away.
Pictures showed Amani grinning and staring at the camera with interest, as well as heartwarming moments that Charvarius and Monique enjoyed with her.
The philanthropic parent acknowledged in the long caption how much Amani was a benefit to him and Monique and acknowledged that he had formerly considered Down syndrome to be a disability before coming to see it as “a gift from God.”
