Disney has denied a man the right to file a lawsuit for his wife’s death on the grounds that he maintained a Disney+ account.

This serves as a warning to those who consent to the terms and conditions without reviewing them. The corporation is

attempting to invalidate a wrongful death lawsuit filed by a widower against Disney on the basis that he registered for an account on its streaming service several years ago.
