Starting in the late 1990s, he finally created Southern Style DJs working with DJ Montay and DJ Jelly. In 2000 Unk signed to Big Oomp Records.
2009 saw him coping with unidentified medical problems that interfered with his profession. In the next years, he put a few more singles out there.
