Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa collides with Damar Hamlin, sustaining at least his third NFL concussion.

Tagovailoa returned to action, but during the team’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals, he suffered a concussion that left many questioning whether he had returned to the field too soon.

After the Dolphins’ game against the Green Bay Packers later in the season, Tagovailoa was diagnosed with another concussion.

According to ESPN, among other illnesses sustained during his last collegiate season for Alabama in 2019, Tagovailoa was diagnosed with a concussion.

The quarterback, selected by the Dolphins with the fifth overall choice in the 2020 NFL draft, is now being discussed as a potential retirement candidate.
