Fans of Mac Miller were moved by the album’s devastating lyrics, which were published six years after his untimely death.

Although we were all aware of Mac Miller’s talent with language, fans were unprepared for how profound the songs on Balloonerism would be.

After his untimely death in 2018, the estate of the late and famous rapper published this second project posthumously.

His family said the 14-track CD was ‘of immense significance’ to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based musician.

Alongside it, a short film ‘based on the words and music’ of Miller was launched on Prime Video today, January 17. All screenings of the film will benefit the Mac Miller Fund.
