To summarize the “joke,” Rife recounted a tale of being served by a female server who had a black eye, and she hinted that
the black eye would not have happened if the woman had remained in the kitchen instead of working front of house. Some people didn’t like the tale and called the joke “the lowest of the low.”
Many have questioned why Netflix has partnered with the comedian again in light of the harsh backlash that followed.

“Who is watching this sh*t?? He has the humor of a thirteen-year-old boy,” a different Netflix user said. You folks lack standards or taste.”
“Have yall thought about giving specials to people that are funny and do comedy?” inquired a different person.
