a spokesperson clarified that the website does not determine ticket pricing and sent us to an explanation page for “in demand” and “platinum” tickets.
The website also said that ticket prices are established by promoters and performers and that they may be either fixed or market-based,
with the latter option featuring ‘in demand’ rates. ‘In demand’ and ‘platinum’ tickets are not included in any package or extras, it was also said.
