The renowned soul singer Frankie Beverly, who also founded the funk band Maze, has away. The singer’s family posted an announcement of his passing on Facebook on Wednesday.
They requested privacy as they grieved, keeping the cause of death undisclosed. “He lived his life with pure soul, as one would say,”
Beverly’s stated in a statement. “For us, no one did it better.” His family, friends, and music were his everything. As Jesus would wish for us all, love one another.”
