Children were seen fleeing the building, according to witnesses, and amid the confusion, some locals were allegedly picking up and transporting the kids to safety.
As of this writing, more than £60,000 has been contributed on a JustGiving website created by Taylor Swift fans to assist the impacted families and pay for the two children’s burial expenses.
