The founder of Bad Boy Records was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to participate in prostitution. On Tuesday, the court ordered that he be kept without bond.
Diddy was charged with many major felonies in the indictment, including as abduction, arson, bribery, forced labor, drug violations, and obstruction of justice.
