Originally filed against Combs in October of last year in the Southern District of New York, the complaint was refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z.
According to the lady who is suing the rapper, the attack happened during an after-party after the concert, which was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on September 7, 2000.
