Clarkson is seen in a new video uploaded to The Farmer’s Dog Instagram account putting the name ‘Maddy Hornby’ to the pub’s forbidden list.
When Jonathan Hornby, the guy behind the camera, asked what he’s up to, Clarkson said bluntly: “I’m banning your daughter because she grumbled about not being allowed to have Tabasco in her Bloody Mary. She is so prohibited.”
Hornby says, “Keir Starmer, James May, Maddy Hornby,” as a throng chuckles behind the camera. He cuts the recording. You three are blacklisted.”
Clarkson is aiming to run a company only using products created in Great Britain, so no Tabasco is not on offer in the bar.
That doesn’t quite fit, then, with Tabasco made on Avery Island in Louisiana, USA. Clarkson has also been rather strict about the regulation; coffee and Coca-Cola are not offered.
