“He rendered assistance, and I summoned an ambulance.” She had collapsed near the play area by the time we reached her.
“She was unconscious and sustained a severe wound to the upper portion of her arm.” It was evident that a dog attacked the individual.
“I believe she had ascended from her balcony.” I arrived to render assistance. She had fled in a deafening shriek and reached a wall.
The neighbor also mentioned that Ms. Hempstead was dedicated to her pets and had a companion.
“She was quite amicable.” She stated, “We had a puppy last year, and she would halt us to observe his progress.”
I had no knowledge of any issues with her pets. A lad of approximately 14 or 15 years would visit her apartment to help her walk the large dog.
