Luke ‘The Nuke’ Littler became well-known after reaching the final of the 2024 World Darts Championship at the age of 16 years and 347 days.
The British darts player, who entered the competition with 66/1 odds of victory, lost 7-4 against world number one Luke Humphries, finishing as runner-up. He was rated 164th in the world.
It wasn’t by accident either; at the age of 18 months, the prodigy acquired a set of magnet darts, and at the age of 11, he began to dominate games against adult men.
Karl Hodden, his childhood coach, said at age 16: “He was good at nine.” He was quite excellent before the age of eleven.
It’s true that he is a freak of nature. He is, in my opinion, the Cristiano Ronaldo of darts. At sixteen years old, he is among the world’s top players.
