Man Accused of Killing Wife with Same Substance After Poisoning 10-Year-Old Daughter with Eye Drops

New accusations involving the paramedic’s young daughter have been added to those concerning his wife, who he is suspected of killing with eye drops.

Documents seen by PEOPLE from the Gaston County Sheriff’s Office indicate that 39-year-old Joshua Lee

Hunsucker was taken into custody by the Gaston County Police on Tuesday, Aug. 6, and his total bail amount is set at $1.5 million.

Hunsucker is facing four counts of misdemeanor obstruct justice and four counts of felony intimidating witness, according to court records acquired by PEOPLE on August 5.

On August 6, Special Prosecutor R. Jordan Green and District Attorney Travis G. Page moved to revoke Hunsucker’s bail. In their petition,

they alleged that the defendant had “engaged in a pattern of harassment” towards his now-former-in-laws, John and Susie Robinson, who are witnesses in the case involving their daughter Stacy.
