Baio said to People, referring to Heather Locklear as the first person he ever fell in love with. The romance ended because Baio was unable to truly commit, despite their shared sentiments.
Additionally, Heather briefly dated Mark Harmon, the 1980s Hollywood heartthrob and star of NCIS. Harmon subsequently said,
