In previous remarks, Homan hinted to similar efforts, focusing particularly on Chicago. When Homan visited the city in December, he pledged that enforcement actions would start there.
During the visit, Homan said, “We’re going to start right here in Chicago, Illinois, and all that starts Jan. 21.” Homan has committed to targeting dangerous criminals in the US.
