I no longer utilize drugs and instead live my life on its terms. I’ve been clean for 124 days today. I knew the war was done five years ago today. I had lost everything, and the drugs had prevailed.
I gave up and decided to become better. I discovered a new way of living. God, thank you for this wonderful existence. We are able to and do recover.
