The 1992 follow-up Home Alone 2: Lost in New York featured Cohen, Ratray, and Maronna in new roles.
Each of Cohen’s costars continued to pursue jobs in the business, if not necessarily in front of the camera, whereas Cohen retired from acting following the sequel.
Since the early 1990s, Maronna has sometimes acted in films, but she has mostly switched to other electrical crew positions on shows including Nurse Jackie, Jessica Jones, and The Good Fight.
Goethals starred in other classics like Jerry Maguire and Spanglish, Ratray most recently starred in Better Call Saul.
And Steven Soderbergh’s Kimi, while Minter went on to portray Randi Fronczak throughout nine seasons of ER.
