Thom Christopher, star of “One Life to Live,” died at the age of 84.

May Thom soar on angelic wings to be at his beloved Judith’s side, and may they once again enjoy one other’s company by the “Pearly Gates” of paradise. The actor’s cause of death is still unknown.

The news was verified by Steven Bergman, a famous photographer and friend of Christopher, who said on Facebook.

“Thom has been sick for quite awhile now and fought through it all like a champ.” We had wonderful, lengthy talks every time we chatted, which was two to three times a month.

He was a very intelligent guy who told amazing tales and offered wise counsel. In the 1950s, Christopher began his career in soap operas as Noel Douglas on The Edge of Night.

He then became a TV journeyman actor, appearing in shows including Simon & Simon, Murder, She Wrote, Kojak, Cannon, and The Eddie Capra Mysteries.
