How United Airlines uses Find My technology Customers can now create a Share Item Location link in the Find My app on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac and add.
It to the delayed baggage report in the United app if a bag doesn’t reach its destination. Additionally, customers who travel with an AirTag or Find My network accessory can now create a Share Item Location link in the Find My app.
Authorized United customer service representatives will get the Share Item position link once the report is made, allowing them to see the item’s position on an interactive map.
When a new location becomes available, the map will immediately update and display the timestamp of the most recent change.
