United Airlines is the first airline to employ AirTag baggage tracking.

 

Service experience for the fewer than 1% of customers whose bags arrive on a later flight. How United Airlines uses Find My technology Customers can now create.

A Share Item Location link in the Find My app on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac and add it to the delayed baggage report in the United app if a bag doesn’t reach its destination.

Additionally, customers who travel with an AirTag or Find My network accessory can now create a Share Item Location link in the Find My app.

Authorized United customer service representatives will get the Share Item position link once the report is made, allowing them to see the item’s position on an interactive map.

When a new location becomes available, the map will immediately update and display the timestamp of the most recent change.

In order to identify delayed luggage and get them back to passengers more quickly, United will utilize the common location. As soon as a client is reunited with their luggage,
