Wesley Snipes talks candidly about his two-decade “feud” with Ryan Reynolds.

The films in which Snipes is most well-known are White Men Can’t Jump, Money Train, Coming 2 America, and—most notably—the Blade series.

In 1998, Snipes debuted as the half-human vampire murderer and superhero from Marvel.

Later, in Blade: Trinity, the third installment in the series, Ryan Reynolds joined the cast as Hannibal King.

And now that Snipes has returned to the big screen for Deadpool & Wolverine, he and Reynolds are back together on the screen.

Reynolds sent him a straightforward text message that led to his involvement in the much awaited movie.
“Ryan Reynolds texted me the first time,” Snipes remembered to Entertainment Weekly. “I saw a text and he says ‘I want to talk to you.'”
