I invited BuzzFeed readers outside of the United States to give their unvarnished opinions on Trump, the election, and the current political climate in the United States.
It’s very eye-opening to see how the rest of the world sees us after hundreds of individuals gave their opinions.
I believe that we Americans should pay attention to what these 27 non-Americans have to say:
1. “My name is Dutch. I feel that our present administration is doing a fantastic job when I see the US right now.
2. “It’s quite frightening to be in Canada. As a woman, I’m afraid that our government will follow the choices made in the US regarding women’s bodies since I’ve always considered the US to be a global leader.”
3. “I trusted people more. It’s unbelievable that voters choose a convicted criminal over a lady. The fact that my friends who supported Trump really understood so little about him also astounds me.
