According to a recent research, individuals may live longer if they just consume coffee in the morning rather than all day.
Tulane University researchers examined health and nutritional information from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey,
Which was conducted from 1999 to 2018 on over 40,000 individuals in the United States. Both morning-only and all-day coffee consumers were detected by the researchers.
According to findings released Tuesday in the European Heart Journal, those who drank coffee early in the day, that is, between 4:00 a.m. and noon, had a 16% reduced risk of dying from any cause.
Than people who did not. According to the research, coffee drinkers were also 31% less likely to die from heart disease than non-drinkers.
The research found that the risk of mortality was decreased regardless of the number of cups of coffee the morning drinkers drank or whether they preferred decaffeinated coffee.
