Before the live finale, judge Anton Du Beke lauded the show, saying that most people thought it was one of the greatest in years.
Anton referred to this year’s series as “magical” since all four couples performed three performances this weekend.
All of the finalists, according to co-judge Motsi Mabuse, contributed “something so unique to the competition” and the series was “one of the most exciting ever.”
She went on: “Watching them develop has been enjoyable. This year, they really set the standard higher.
Each candidate adds magic to the dance floor, so choosing one will be difficult as we approach the final.
I’m excited to see what they all do on Saturday night, since it will be a celebration of their skill and diligence.”
