“God Would Have Done It If He Wanted It To Rain”: Horrible Fires engulf LA (30 Photos)

 

The Palisades Fire on the west side of the Los Angeles region was threatening the densely populated neighbourhoods of Santa Monica,

Brentwood, and Malibu, while the Hurst Fire, which started in the Sylmar neighbourhood in the San Fernando Valley late Tuesday, was also moving dangerously quickly.

According to the BBC, five people have already died in the terrible tragedy. In its live coverage of the devastating flames, the BBC said,

“The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that another three people have been confirmed killed by the wildfires ravaging the region.”

 

What we know about how the flames in Los Angeles began: communities were burned, 180,000 people were evacuated, and 10 people died.

Los Angeles was set on fire by an alleged arsonist who was arrested for “purposefully starting the Kenneth fire.”
