Getting to bed and getting up at about “the same time every day even on your days off” can help you achieve your goal.
“That way, you’ll be ready to go when that first alarm goes off,” she says, adding that it’s “not gonna hurt you” to sometimes violate the rule since you go out late at night in moderation.
