According to Hunsucker, John Robinson “was the person that attacked him.” Although the Mount Holly Police Department’s investigation “found no evidence to support this claim,
” the department continued by claiming that Hunsucker plotted the murder “to shift responsibility from the Defendant to the Robinsons for his wife’s death.”
