Morgan Wallen, a country music artist, is well-known for his album One Thing at a Time and the popular songs “Last Night” and “You Proof.”

Wallen took her first flight in 2014, traveling to Los Angeles to try out for the sixth season of the well-known NBC singing competition program The Voice.

He surprised Shakira and Usher, two famous judges, with his rendition of Howie Day’s 2003 pop smash, “Collide.”

“I turned [my chair] because I believe there are no voices like yours on the radio today,” Shakira said to him. “It is the epitome of manliness.” Usher was selected by Wallen to be his mentor.

Wallen sang One Direction’s “Story of My Life” and Avicii’s “Hey Brother” to get through the first and second battle rounds.

Adam Levine, the vocalist of Maroon 5, even “stole” Wallen for his band. But in the competition’s playoff round, Wallen was eliminated.
