According to The Mirror, the 30-year-old temporarily caused fans to worry that she had injured herself during her pole vault when she made an apparent move towards her hamstring, as if she had strained a muscle.
However, it was later revealed that Newman was really pretending to be injured in order to set herself up for a very provocative celebration at the 2024 Paris Olympics. This particular moment will undoubtedly go down in history, along with all the other amusing ones.
