Sadly, Drew was struck by a pickup vehicle while out on a stroll in Jacksonville, seven years and one week after he was injured in the motorbike accident.
The event happened at around 5:30 PM on July 26 on Collins Road, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Later on, the car’s driver admitted to authorities that he hadn’t seen Drew. Drew, 30, was declared dead at the scene even though he had called 911, according to the New York Post.
