According to the investigation, Tabar sought “vulgarity” on social media and was “a victim with an abnormal personality and mental state.”
The 10-year sentence was even less understandable given that medical documents indicated she had a mental disorder and a history of admissions to psychiatric facilities.
Her attorneys had requested that she be released on bond, citing her age at the time of the alleged offenses.
