This was well outside the margin of error, and it put Bush on course to lose her reelection on Tuesday, according to The Jewish Insider,
which has meticulously documented the ascent and fall of anti-Israel Squad members in Congress. She would do better than Bowman,
who was defeated by a 58.4% to 41.6% margin, if the outcome stands. Nothing is being taken for granted by the Bell campaign, and they are taking the results in stride.
A spokesperson for the Bell campaign, Anjan Mukherjee, told Jewish Insider on Thursday that “Wesley is finishing the last few days of this primary campaign the way he’s been running the whole time
talking with people, hearing their concerns and sharing his vision for better representation for this district.” So, basically, it’s business as usual for the candidate.
“That’s the same reason he was elected to office in the first placeāas a city councilman, as the county prosecutor, and as the next representative for Missouri-01 in Congress.”
